Meet Ron

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and 30-plus years in sales, project management, contract negotiations, and customer service, I’ve built a successful career by focusing on the needs of my clients, bringing honesty, humor, and a photographer’s eye for detail to every project.

My track record is supported by top honors from Coldwell Banker and my ranking among the top seven percent of all brokers nationally. More importantly, it’s reflected in high praise from my clients, whose nominations have led to Best in Client Satisfaction awards from Seattle Magazine’s 5-Star Agent program several years in a row. I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the effects of the real estate market’s bubble crash and recovery, successfully enduring and adapting as the market and profession have changed dramatically. Throughout that time, I have helped hundreds of buyers successfully purchase homes in an often intensely competitive environment and ensured that sellers achieved top dollar in the sale of their homes.

I’ve represented buyers and sellers in each of Seattle’s neighborhoods, and my extensive experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and needs has enabled me to develop efficient systems and resources to help my clients succeed in a highly competitive market.

Aside from getting to know clients and helping them close outstanding deals, my greatest passions are architecture and design, from ultra-modern to old-world traditional.

Meet Chris

I began developing a professional relationship with my colleague Chris Conroy in 2018. From the start, we shared a natural alignment in values and approach to the real estate process. 

What I appreciate most about Chris is his ability to see the big picture while expertly managing all the moving parts. He’s highly skilled in the technical aspects of a contract and equally adept at navigating the interpersonal dynamics so essential to our industry. His friendship and support have been integral to my success and deeply beneficial to our clients. 

This partnership has also allowed me to focus on the parts of the business that bring me the most joy—and to balance that with more time for other passions.
